You can organize supplements, dose notes, timing, frequency, lifestyle interventions, fasting windows, sleep routines, exercise and goals.
Do I need a wearable?
No. The first version is manual by design. You can use it without connecting Oura, Whoop, Apple Health or other health accounts.
Can I add custom supplements?
Yes. Custom supplements and interventions can be added with your own dose, timing and notes.
What are review flags?
Review flags are prompts that point out missing timing, category overlap, possible interaction review points and goal gaps. They are not medical conclusions.
Can I share my protocol with a doctor?
Yes. The export direction is built around a cleaner protocol summary for doctors, coaches or personal records.
Does Mean Protocol sell supplements?
